IABCD Discovery Day- January 12th
IABCD volunteers have the courage to create change in their lives and lives of suffering patients. They take on a challenge. The association started its work with a spirit of love and continue to work with youth organizations to inspire people from all walks of life to be all they can be and promotion of voluntary blood donation programme. Every year on January 12th members of the organization, all team members, representative of youth organizations and well wishers step out from their comfort zone and rededicate themselves to take on a challenge. The team attitude is ‘can do’ and we believe in not giving up if the going gets tough. We want to learn from one another. We embrace innovation to create positive change. We act with honesty and respect and we are responsible for our own actions. We listen and respond to address the needs of suffering communities, stakeholders and partners. We reassess our work which makes a difference long term. We seek to maximise impact in everything we do to ensure that positive results are long lasting and far reaching. We follow charitable objectives with a professional outlook
